NBR Compound as (KTW recommendation) for gaskets from 15NB to 2000 NB for cold water up to 23 Deg.C and warm water up to 60 Deg. C.
EPDM compound in accordance with1.3.13 of German Federal Health office for materials in contact with drinking water ( KTW recommendations)
EPDM compound “suitable for contact with wholesome water for domestic purposes having met the requirement of BS 6920-1-2000 (suitability of non- metallic products for use in contact with water intended for human consumption with regard to the effect on the quality of water tested and certified WRAS ( water regulations advisory scheme)- UK for temperature up to 60 Deg. C.

Manufacturing and Testing.
We can manufacture and supply to all flange standards like ANSI, AWWA, DIN etc with insert both CS and SS are in range.
We can also supply steel inserted rubber gaskets out of Natural Rubber, Neoprene Rubber, Hypalon (CSM) rubber, Butyl rubber, regular FKM and FKM GSF quality.
We have in house testing facility with Rheon meter, tensile tester, oven, hardness testers and measuring instruments.
We have a team experienced personnel in manufacturing and testing.
